Overview By placing an order with Super Cool Shrimp, you agree to the terms below.

Products We sell live aquatic animals (shrimp, snails, and related livestock) and plants. Colors, patterns, and sizes of live animals can vary naturally from photos shown, as each animal is unique.

Orders & Payment All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Orders ship according to our Shipping Policy (currently, Mondays only via USPS Priority Mail).

Live Animals Because we sell living animals, all sales are governed by our Shipping Policy’s Live Arrival Guarantee and our Refund Policy. We are not responsible for losses due to improper acclimation or care after healthy delivery.

Age Requirement By ordering, you confirm you are legally able to keep the livestock in your local jurisdiction and are of legal age to enter into this purchase agreement.

Changes We may update these terms as our business grows. Continued use of our store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
